McDonald's 4 Pickles and Non-Salted Fries Case

At first when I placed this order, the middle aged women laughed at first and pleasantly said "It will be right out shortly." Since this order was unique she had to get the order details out currently to the hamburger department and the fries department. (Department as in the location of where the food is being made.) Although the McDonald's was crowded she did her best to serve the annoying order I had placed.
The order for the non salted small fries was rather easy in my opinion. Since fries was being ordered from left to right, there were constantly new fries coming out every 5 minutes or so. The middle aged women simply just got the fries before a worker tried to salt them. The time for the fries was about 3 minutes and 20 seconds. The hamburger took 4 minutes and 18 seconds. Although I couldn’t see what was going on behind the scenes while my hamburger was being made, I did see the 4 pickles I had asked them of. The order was completed as ordered at a total of 7 minutes and 38 seconds.
I don’t know if this task involved a whole lot of management, it’s just an order of fries and a hamburger… But I guess the middle aged women did what she needed to get the job done. From what I saw she told the person handling the burgers to put 4 pickles for my order. She also told the person who was handling the fries to pack a small fries before salted, but she got the fries herself as soon as the fries came sizzling out of the oil. This would be considered a waste of time? If she was going to get the fries herself why bother to tell her co-worker not to salt them…

From a scale of 1 to 5:Order Preparation: 5
Communication: 5
Coordination: 5
Customer Service: 5

If I was brought in as a consultant to help them improve their efficiency I would recommend hiring a new person to clean and get new furniture. The seats were ripped and there were left over residue on the tables. But besides the cleaning part and the new furniture the way they handled their food was great. Just needs work on public facilities.

The Behavior DISC

I believe the test was accurate for my case. I got a Dominance as my main trait and Influence as my second highest. The result was not a shock to me because I usually try to dominate or accomplish the things I am most passionate about. I wouldn't wish I was a another type, I'm glad with who and what I am.
But in some cases the characteristic's of some people can change overtime in my opinion. Their endowment or the situation one is placed in will change any man in my opinion if their will to survive(achieve, goal, etc.) is strong.
I would assume that it would be helpful to determine people's management "type" to better understand where they are coming from. It would make the assurance or the definition of a person that much more solid. I wouldn't say this test would help during a personal interaction because your getting the live feed right in front of you. I don't know if it's just me but I can have a rough estimate of what type of person (s)he is during a conversation.

Vision? or is it Goals?

Personal or Business Goals:
Get rich before I hit 30.
Generate a tremendous cash flow where I would not have to work. (Perhaps an investment in a business or real estate.)
Help those in need after I get wealthy.
Travel the world.

Well in order to fulfill my goal, I have worked in many different fields. I have worked in a video store, a watch dial designer for company's such as Cartier Rolex etc.(still to this date, as my side job), jewelery store, real estate sales agent, and a few more I can't think of at the moment. I was trying to figure out which was the best way to generate enough cash to invest in a business or real estate where it would generate enough cash flow for me to live life freely. I guess thats everyone's goal but I take this goal very seriously. After reading "The 4-Hour Work Week" by Timothy Ferriss it all comes down to how well you manage yourself which leads to living life to it's fullest. You only live once, why not take full advantage of what this world has to offer us. Anyways, the specific action I'm willing to commit to taking privately in the near term to make my vision a reality is to be persistant with whatever I do.
